Challenge
The core objective was to revamp the existing B2C website to a marketplace with upgrading the technology stack to Magento 2.1.x. Total Karnataka collaborated with the Rocket Bazaar for website redesign and migration from the current platform to Magento with the capability of multi-vendor features and functionality. Another challenge was to implement the Kannada language to the website which gives the customers feel of navigating the site in the local language. As per the new reform of taxes in India which introduced the GST tax system, the client wanted to incorporate the GST which would make their business up to date with the Indian tax system.
Approach
Rocket Bazaar team incorporated the Rocket Bazaar eCommerce marketplace Solution which served as the backbone for all the core functional areas of the proposed marketplace web store. With a feature-rich and intuitive web-store, vendor panel and administrator panel, Rocket Bazaar enables to have complete control over the online selling channel. Rocket Bazaar marketplace solution fulfilled the standard marketplace requirements of the client about vendor management, product catalog management, order management, payments and transactions management.
