Customers can purchase the items from different vendors in a single checkout process and orders’ information is dispatched to the respective vendors. The Office Outlet also provides an integrated mobile app to vendors to track the delivery of the orders and syncs the status with the marketplace orders.

Challenge
Implementing a marketplace where products from many sellers are aggregated and customers can buy the products in a single checkout process is itself a main challenge. Another challenge was to provide a mobile app to the delivery staff of the vendors. The app syncs the delivery status with the vendors’ orders. The sync process was required to work even when there is no internet connectivity available. The website should provide a convenient view in small devices and RTL language support.
