Challenge
While developing simplified yet seamless experience for the community of Iraq, major challenges included shipment management, vendor management and managing offers on the store. Along with that, drop shipment mode with third party provider ‘Tookan’ and customized user interface also accompanied. The client projected a vision of an online B2C marketplace along with iOS and Android applications for the same. They were looking to develop centralized synchronization and management. The personalized listing on product pages in order to show vendors based on criteria like Best Selling, Most Rated, Lowest Cost etc was an add-on. The other challenge was to enable admin to define the default vendor for each product on front which was handled with Dynamic Vendor Showcase Criteria from back-end. Despite all the challenges being faced, MageDelight focused on overcoming those challenges and delivering excellent results.
Approach
After collecting all the information regarding their requirement, the team started with designing the website, followed by the mobile applications. Our team focused on developing an intuitive marketplace that not only simplifies the shopping experience, but also beautifies it. With the help of Magento Commerce Cloud Pro and our Rocket Bazaar multi-vendor marketplace, we built a sleek and hassle-free online store. Tamata covered industries like fashion, health & beauty, electronics, safety, home & kitchen etc.
